MGB GT -1978 with overdrive

Recently this car has received a lot of attention including Parabolic suspension fitment

In 2021 at 76000 miles there was a significant spend of some £2500 principally on the interior but also fitting electronic ignition.
Additional work was undertaken in 2019 with shocks, bushes, brake master cylinder and propshaft.

In 2018 work included fitting inertia seat belts, top engine recommisson, radiator & wheel bearings, brake fluid and alternator this at 76372 miles

In 2017 a new fuel pump was fitted.

The car has no rust and is extremely solid. Originally brown the car was previously resprayed to British Racing green including the engine bay but it was not the best of resprays to be honest which is a pity as the rest of the car so is very nice. So much so we have now professionally resprayed the top half of the car. The car runs really well with O/D working.

The car’s tacho has been replaced but we believe the mileage to be around 78000 and previous MOTs and bills support this. The last MOT was at 76913 miles in April 2026. The car has done very few miles in fact less than 1000 miles in ten years

A great and reliable and pretty entry into Classic Car ownership.
